A remodel should feel mindful from the very first visit, not improvised as it goes. As a design-build firm, Corinto keeps design and construction under one roof, so a single team carries your project from the first measurement to the final detail.

Here's what working with us looks like, step by step.
Our Design-Build Process
The First Visit
We begin where the work will happen, in your home. We take measurements, study what's possible, and talk through the changes and improvements you have in mind.
It's as much about understanding how you live in the space as it is about the walls themselves.
The Design & Estimate
Our in-house interior designer turns that first conversation into a plan: layouts, selections, and a design that fits both your style and the way the space needs to function.
You receive it alongside your first estimate, so the vision and the investment are on the table together, right from the start.
Refining the Details
We rarely settle every detail in a single sitting, and we don't pretend to. Over as many as three meetings, we walk through the design, weigh the options, and finalize the materials, finishes, and pricing until the plan feels right to you.
Nothing moves forward until it does.
The Agreement
With the design set and the pricing clear, we put everything into a straightforward contract, with no surprises buried in the fine print. Once it's signed, we schedule your start date and reserve the team and the workshop time your project needs.
The Build
One team manages the permits, the materials, and the craftsmen, including the custom cabinetry we build in our own workshop, which you're welcome to visit at any time.
And if you spend part of the year up North, we keep the project moving and keep you informed, so you return to a finished home.
The Final Walkthrough
When the last detail is in place, we walk the finished space with you to be sure every promise made at the start has been kept.
Our name is on this home now, the same as yours, so if something needs attention down the road, we're here for it.
