Home Remodeling in Bonita Springs, FL
Design-Build Whole Home, Condo, Kitchen, and Bathroom Remodeling by Corinto
Remodeling in Bonita Springs, From Start to Finish
Your home in Bonita Springs should fit the life you're living, whether that's a full-time residence or the sunny retreat you look forward to every winter.
When the layout feels dated, or the space no longer works the way you need it to, the right remodeler makes all the difference.
At Corinto, we're a design-build team handling whole home, condo, kitchen, and bathroom remodels across Bonita Springs and the greater Naples area.
Do you spend part of the year up North? You won't have to hover over the work to keep it moving. We coordinate access, deliveries, and every trade on your behalf, then keep you in the loop, so you can return to a finished space instead of a job site.
If you value early planning, personalized design, honest conversation about cost, and craftsmanship you can see up close, you're in the right place.
Who We Serve in Bonita Springs
Corinto remodels for Bonita Springs retirees, seasonal residents, condo owners, and luxury homeowners who want a space that reflects how they live today and into the future.
Many of them come to us for the same two reasons: one design-build team carries the project from start to finish, and we're prepared to remodel while they're up North for the season.
Here's what clients tell us keeps them with Corinto:
- Trust they can feel from the first meeting
- Communication that keeps them in the loop, near or far
- Schedules we plan carefully and hold to
- Craftsmanship built to last
- Design that feels personal, not templated
- A low-stress process, including full management while they're away
Why Choose Corinto in Bonita Springs?
Homeowners choose Corinto because we plan early, talk straight about cost and timing, and manage the entire remodel, even when they're a thousand miles away.
We work often with homeowners easing into retirement who want a more comfortable Bonita Springs home, and who'd rather have the work done in the months they're up North.
Our design-build process irons out the details early, so once the build begins there's little left in question, whether you're here to watch it take shape or checking in from afar. That kind of planning is what turns a remodel from a worry into something you can look forward to.
Between finishing projects efficiently and helping you see your options firsthand in our Naples showroom, we make the whole experience easier to trust.
Corinto is your Bonita Springs design-build remodeler from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
Frequently Asked Questions About Remodeling in Bonita Springs, FL
- What types of remodeling projects do you complete in Bonita Springs?expand_more
- We remodel whole homes, condos, kitchens, and bathrooms to create transformations that elevate your everyday life.
- How long does a home remodel take in Bonita Springs?expand_more
-
Most home remodels in Bonita Springs take 2 to 6 months once construction begins, depending on the size of the space and how much of the layout changes.
A cosmetic refresh sits at the shorter end, while a whole home project with structural work runs longer once permitting and inspections are factored in.
As a design-build team, we handle the design, planning, and build under one roof, which keeps the timeline tight and the handoffs from stalling your project.
- Can you remodel my Bonita Springs home while I'm away?expand_more
- Yes. We regularly remodel Bonita Springs homes and condos for owners who spend part of the year up North. With a clear plan for property access, entry and exit, and material deliveries in place before we start, your project moves forward on schedule while you're away, and we keep you updated so you come home to a finished space instead of a job site.
- Do you remodel condos in Bonita Springs?expand_more
-
Yes! Condo remodels are a core part of what we do in Bonita Springs, from cosmetic refreshes to full reconfigurations that move walls and baths.
Condos come with requirements that a single-family home never has, like association approvals, building access, and seasonal scheduling, and our design-build team manages all of it as part of the project.
- Do you help with the design process?expand_more
- Yes. Design is where every Corinto project begins, guided by our in-house design team. As a design-build remodeler, we handle the design and the construction under one roof, so the vision you approve is the one that gets built, and you can see materials and finishes firsthand in our Naples showroom before a single decision is final.
Our Process
We begin where you live, with measurements, a close look at what's possible, and an honest conversation about the changes you have in mind. We listen for how you actually use the space, not just what needs updating. No pressure and no hard sell, just a clear sense of whether Corinto is the right team for your project.
Our in-house designer turns that conversation into a detailed, buildable plan: layouts, materials, and finishes, paired with your first estimate. You'll make your decisions on paper, where changes are simple, across as many meetings as it takes to get them right. By the time we're done, the design and the price are settled, with no guesswork left.

I am so beyond grateful to have found Corinto, with their help I was able to find everything I needed for my specific needs. Lena’s showroom is outstanding. Upon my first meeting with her, I was so impressed and glad that I picked the right company to take care of my home remodeling. Visiting her showroom is a must!!

Lena and her team were amazing. They transformed our kitchen into a great open space; exactly what we wanted. They were professional, detailed, and utilized great design ideas to re-create our space. I would highly recommend them for your project; we will be using them to remodel our master and other baths next. Before this remodel, the kitchen was dark and walled off.
Patrick B.
This was the first time I used Corinto, I was a bit nervous at first because I would be up north while the construction/remodel was happening. However, Lena kept me apprised of the progress from start to finish, and at the start of the project I felt at ease and confident that the project would be a success. Lena was responsive and professional. The quality, workmanship, and attention to detail were impressive. I am moving on to my second project of a bathroom remodel and will be using Corinto! Thank you, Lena, and all of your Workmen.
Donna S.
Corinto was hired to gut and redo my whole condo. We agreed on a date; they started right on time and finished exactly when we had agreed. They were here nearly every day, always suggesting a better idea for my wife and me to think about. We could not have asked for a better contractor or team of workers to do our rebuild.
Charley D.
We had a great experience working with Corinto for our recent home renovation. We are very pleased with the final result. Lena's designs were very functional and aesthetic. Attention to detail in the finish work was great. The crew maintained a clean worksite. We are very proud of our home and have had many compliments.
Brian F.
A big thank you to Corinto for our beautiful kitchen remodel. Lena designed a beautiful and functional space for our family to not only cook in daily but also to have a gorgeous space to entertain. The whole process was as smooth as construction can get. Lena was responsive, and the crew had attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use Corinto again for any other remodeling projects we would have.
